One Dollar Lawyer Episode 2 will release on Saturday 24th September at approximately 12.30pm (IST). However, given Snowdrop released internationally several weeks after the final episode broadcast, it’s not too much of a stretch to believe Disney will do the same with One Dollar Lawyer too. Unfortunately this means a good number of people will be unable to watch this one without a VPN.

However, Ma-ri isn’t far behind with her own homework, and unfortunately, it brings the jury to see her point of view. As the two come face to face one more time, Ma-ri is clearly annoyed and beyond angry at the eccentric lawyer. That night, as Ma-ri tries to understand why Ji-hun is trying to complicate a simple case, she finds him sitting outside their office, going through the documents. He picks his pocket in broad daylight, but when he is taken to the police station, they let him go quite easily because of who he is. Ma-ri, especially, is left absolutely annoyed with him but is unable to do much about it. Coincidentally, Ma-ri also gets there just in time to find the two blissfully eating and immediately gets in Ji-hun’s face, taking him to be the owner of the place. Later on, Ji-hun meets Myeong-ho to know his side of the story. Meanwhile, Myeong-ho is left heartbroken at the turn his life has taken and writes a letter of apology to get leniency. One Dollar Lawyer episode 1 starts with Cheon Ji-hoon flying down the road towards a bridge where apparently a man is threatening to jump off the bridge. Elsewhere, a man unfairly accuses another of trying to pickpocket him after he stumbles into him in a drunken haze. Na Ye-jin relieves her of her duties, and she goes off to do something else. He’s also a stark contrast to Ma-ri’s brattiness, whose character is going to go through quite a lot of change that she will fall for the lawyer and will become palatable. Because, otherwise, the fact that she runs off in a huff every time she doesn’t get her way is becoming very old very fast, and we’re just at episode 2. The next day when Ji-hun goes to the office, he is left astonished at the cleanliness in his office and even more so when he finds Ma-ri back there. If she can win it, then she can work with him, much to her shock and confusion! Either way, Hyun-mu is more mature and directs his granddaughter in the right direction and tells her to essentially do it for 2 months since she will be able to learn a lot from him – he’s the kind of lawyer they don’t have their law firm. Meanwhile, Ji-hun is at the office curling his hair, gets a curious knock on his door, and finds young Kim Gun-woo, who wants the lawyer’s help to teach his grandfather’s bully a lesson. Hilariously, Ji-hun tells Yeoung-bae that now that his car is ruined, Man-bok’s scratch can’t be seen anymore, and thus, this is a completely new case. Outside of the workplace, she is, as expected, not happy with where she is and more so when she realizes whom she has to work with. Either way, she huffs off after throwing shade at him and goes straight to her grandfather to pout like a 5-year-old. As things turn out for the best for everyone and everyone celebrates, Ma-ri is left with Ji-hun’s last words to her as she files for an appeal – none of us really know the truth; we are all going towards it. Anyway, Ma-ri is moving on to bigger and better things, which include her going to meet her grandfather, Baek Hyun-mu, with great confidence. He, thus, asks Ma-ri to put in the evidence that definitively proves that Myeong-ho is guilty, which leaves her speechless.
