The ruse is successful, and the agency learns the names of the rest of the group members, their hideouts and their plan to carry out the assassination. Unfortunately for Loid, he is summoned to an emergency meeting and has to fake a bathroom emergency to quickly make his exit. Since they won't be able to cancel the summit, Sylvia suggests leaking the information to the ruling party to prompt them into action. Since the plotter they apprehended won't sell out his comrades, Loid is asked to disguise himself as Keith, the group leader, in order to trick the young man into confessing everything he knows about the plot. After successfully enrolling his daughter in the same school as Desmond's youngest son Damian, Loid is now ready for the next phase of his mission.

Having fooled the plotter, the agency obtains intel about the rest of the group members’ names, hideouts, and assassination plans. He asks Yor to take Anya to a pet adoption event.
