PETALING JAYA: Actor Zul Ariffin (pic) has been fined RM30,000 after he pleaded guilty to uploading lewd content on social media in March.
Zul was charged under Section 233(1)(A) of the Communication and Multimedia Act of 1998. Accompanying the Talbis Iblis actor was his close friend and producer of the film, Gayatri Su-Lin Pillai, as well as his manager. It was reported that Noorhisham also imposed a nine-month jail sentence in default of the fine.
