KUALA LUMPUR: Public Bank Bhd's founder and chairman emeritus, director and adviser Tan Sri Teh Hong Piow has passed away at the age of 92.
“Teh’s passing is a great loss to the Public Bank Group. In 1960, he joined Malayan Banking as a manager. On behalf of the board, management, and staff of the Public Bank Group, we extend our most heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to Teh’s family,” Public Bank said in a statement.
