NGO wants govt to intervene and stabilise pork prices (The Star Online)

A NON-GOVERNMENTAL organisation in Sarawak wants the state and federal governments to take urgent action to stabilise the price of pork in the market.

He added that for the Dayak community, there was hardly any occasion that did not involve pork dishes. “We want measures taken not only during the Chinese New Year but throughout the year to ensure pork remains affordable, especially for the lower-income group.” Its chairman Chambai Lindong in a statement said the union was concerned over the high price of pork being sold in the market.

In the video, the woman continues to mistakenly demonstrate that McCormick's Season All Seasoned Salt also contains pork. She then grabs a bottle of McCormick's Cajun Seasoning to demonstrate that the product contains pork and is therefore unsafe for Muslims to use.
