The GiE Adviser will report to the Head of Gender & Protection Unit, and will manage the GiE Coordinator, providing guidance, mentoring and line management support. The Gender in Emergencies (GiE) Adviser will lead the integration of gender-sensitive and gender-transformative approaches throughout the project cycle.
