"The Glory" Part 1 follows the story of Dong Eun as she plots her revenge against the people who bullied her in high school. Her bullies are Park Yeon Jin ...
It has been a long wait for Part 2 of “The Glory.” What Dong Eun has faced has set her on a path with the sole purpose of revenge. Dong Eun does the needful, as Hyeon Nam was a victim of domestic violence. He knows that she is related to Yeon Jin in some way. He is infuriated at Yeon Jin and wants to be the legal father of Ye Sol. Dong Eun just told him to help her, and she would help him earn the kind of money he wanted. Either way, he comes to know through Dong Eun that Ye Sol is his daughter. She was engaged to a very rich man and was happy that she could finally have things that were better than those of her friends. Later, she asks him to teach her how to play the game “Go.” Yeo Jeong has an idea that Dong Eun’s boundaries will not allow him to get close to her, but he likes her and takes the time that he gets with her. Dong Eun eventually leaves, but it is evident that she is a shell of a person. That is enough to push her over the edge. When Yeon Jin learns about it, she is furious and scared, but she knows that she cannot do anything since Dong Eun will just take a job at whatever school she transfers Ye Sol to. Due to the horrific physical abuse at the hands of the group, Dong Eun decides to quit school, but even that is not easy for her.

Without spoiling what's happened so far, it's entirely possible that any of the main cast members could return for a third season via flashbacks, even if their character has died already.

It also helps that the story is told with exceptional confidence; all the subplots and characters, of which there are many, amount to something relevant and meaningful, and the twist and turns feel earned rather than ridiculous. The dynamic has changed considerably, too, with the cocksure bullies on the ropes, turning on one another out of desperation, and trying to think of outside-the-box solutions to prevent Dong-eun from delivering whatever killing blow she has in mind. It’s fronted by strong female characters on both sides of the class and morality divide, and has things on its mind, including the distinction between rich and poor and the longstanding impact of bullying and cruelty. Sure, Squid Game was one of the first K-dramas to achieve legitimate mainstream, culture-shaping popularity, but it was the exception, not the rule, and since then, the Big N has tried to replicate its success with generally mixed results. Directed by Ahn Gil-ho, she leads the drama alongside Lee Do-hyun, Im Ji-yeon, Park Sung-hoon, Yeom Hye-ran, Jung Sung-il, and other cast members.
Altogether, the cast has really brought out their best performance this season and has done justice to the amazing script that has been put together. The Glory season 2 is a must-watch for Kdrama lovers as well as thriller lovers who cannot miss out on a good revenge plot. Finally, this show is definitely among the best watches this year and have brought up my expectation for what more is to come. Similarly, the antagonist Park Yeon-jin played by Im Ji-yeon has really brought out one of her best performances this season. Meanwhile, the intricate plot Moon Dong-eun weaved was definitely a highlight this season as we see her far-sightedness that helped her through the many challenges that came towards her. The Glory brings the story of a young architect aspirant who after severe bullying has to drop out of school.
Yeon-jin, Sa-ra, Jeon Jae-joon (Park Sung-hoon) and Choi Hye-jeong (Cha Joo-young) meet to try to get their stories straight about the day So-hee died, but it ...
But we don’t stay with them for very long before we get back to Dong-eun, and the fact that she’s personally taken on Soo-he’s death as a way to get to her torturers makes the story all the more dynamic. There’s a flashback where Dong-eun set a trap for Yeon-jin by sending her name tag to the police, but that was quickly covered up at the behest of Yeon-jin’s influential mother. We’re not sure what Kim is trying to accomplish with the relationship between Dong-eun and Yeo-jeong, however. The Gist: Yeon-jin now knows that Dong-eun, a teacher at her daughter’s school, is after her because she managed to break into Dong-eun’s apartment, whose walls are full of pictures of her. They also wonder what happened with Myeong-oh, who has seemed to distance himself from the rest of the group. Her main target, though, is weather presenter Park Yeon-jin (Lim Ji-yeon), who was the ringleader of the group.
